Re: Qualy w Sam Harris. The recommendations at the very end were mumbled and cut short as to be unintelligible. No reference to written sources given. Maybe somewhere on the site?
I stumbled on to a video by a neuroscientist, Rick Hanson that had a profound effect on me: simply to hang onto positive experience for a few moments longer.

If you have to cram your most important hypothesis into 16 mins. it filters out a lot of the extraneous (BS).
I have read all of Sam Harris’ books but your interview with him flamed me out after 30 min. I love your site and am a member. Experience will make finding the acorns easier. Thanks, Jim Flint
