  1. It seems you need to determine what your objective is with these processes. What was missing here for me was how did these compare to already used therapy such as ice packs or medication like Tylenol or Aleve (Aleve is my magic solution for post exercise aches).

  2. Really appreciate Dr Attia’s intellectual curiosity and honesty! I can read without being overly critical/cynical because I know he will provide the facts and myths and let reader decide. Such a rare and refreshing idea!

  3. As an endurance athlete who exercises in high heat (Arizona) I would have expected some discussion on benefits of cold exposure to reduce core temp after exercise promoting recovery.

  4. What a great and informative article! I added cold water plunges to my routine and am amazed at how it makes me feel. With today’s state of constant “misinformation” it is good to read something that I feel is accurate and up to date.

  5. I wanted to take a moment to commend you on the outstanding quality of your blog. Your dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of your writing. Truly impressive!
