This was a crazy week with lots of airport delays, which normally drive me nuts, but this time around said delays seemed to give me the time and space I needed to catch up on some reading and podcast listening.

For the past year or so a name kept coming up, Catherine (Cat) Hoke, as we seem to have about 4 friends in common. Finally, we had the chance to speak (early in the week) and a few days later I listened to her recent podcast with one of my best friends.

I was moved to tears by this interview and I’ve already sent it to a half dozen people I care about. I hope you’ll find it as helpful as I did.

On a lighter note, given that today is the Super Bowl, I can’t resist sharing my favorite article about my favorite coach. The story about Tony Gonzalez is pure gold. Pure. Gold.
