The “glib” answer is to:
- Sleep well
- Do something physical
- Don’t eat for a long period
- When you do eat, don’t eat crap
- Meditate
With that said, “sleep is the one we are going to be most sensitive to”
Lack of good sleep is the one you will “suffer from the quickest”
