Peter not a huge fan of this type of question

The “glib” answer is to:

  • Sleep well
  • Do something physical
  • Don’t eat for a long period
  • When you do eat, don’t eat crap
  • Meditate

With that said, “sleep is the one we are going to be most sensitive to”

Lack of good sleep is the one you will “suffer from the quickest”
